About Us
OUR MISSION
We have established the RYLO Wagz Foundation in loving memory of both my sons who passed at young
ages, Ryan Wagner and Logan Wagner.
Our goal is to become an integral part of the community in Kent County, DE. Our initial primary focus
will be to assist the youth in the community with educational programs, swimming lessons, fun cook
outs, park and playground cleanups and assistance when a family has a tragedy.
We will also be working with local technical high school, Polytech High School each year to give out
scholarships and beginners tool kits for those graduating and going directly to work in the electrical,
plumbing and welding trades. These will not be provided to pre-selected students but will be chosen by
a committee of shop teachers, a vice principal and members of our foundation to review applications
received each year.
Currently, we have 5 corporate sponsors to help us get the foundation started. There are plans for
several fundraising projects such as a 5K, a raffle, a memorial baseball game and setting up a table at
local community fall fests to let the community know that we are here.
We are hoping to grow and reach out into the community in other ways as we move forward.
IN REMEMBERANCE OF
The RyLo Wagz Foundation was founded in honor of the memories of Ryan Wagner and Logan Wagner.Â
In honor of Ryan, we hope to help those in the electrical/vocational trades at Polytech High School to get started in their career field with the tools and knowledge they will need to succeed. We hope in future to expand to helping others with the same work ethic and values to truly flourish in their profession and in their communities.
In honor of Logan, we hope to help families with young children become more educated with swimming lessons. These lessons will teach the basics and make children comfortable in/near the water and how to remain calm when issues arise. We hope to continue helping families with young children as we go forward.
